Jokerit fan store

During the games you can find the fan store on the lower level by the main entrance and on the higher level by Hesburger. Also Stockmanns carry Jokeri fan products. For phone service, please dial +358 204 194 609 .

Ticket Sales

There are two Lippupiste service points at Hartwall Areena.

The Lippupiste ticket office located in the upper yard of Hartwall Areena (below the Sonera satellite dish) is open only on event days.

On weekdays, it opens at 10:00 and closes one hour after the event has started. On weekends, it opens two hours prior to event time and closes one hour after the event has started.

The other Lippupiste ticket outlet is located inside Hartwall Areena. See multi-info for ticket sales on non-event days.

Doors to Hartwall Areena open 1,5 hours prior to event time (includes entrance to ticket offices, cafés and restaurants. Please check always the event times and when the doors will be opened from your ticket).

Tickets are delivered either by mail or by e-mail (print at home tickets) after payment is received. Payment is by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or by bank giro. Please note there is a 15€/booking service fee.
